Educational programming We offer classes, workshops, and seminars on wisdom and its practical uses. Topics include: "The Active Uses of Wisdom," "Exploring Wisdom in Your Workplace," "Wisdom for Personal and Organizational Renewal," "Wisdom in the Public Arena," "Wisdom in Spirituality," and "From Success to Significance." Classes or workshops can be created specifically for your organization. Some materials are availabe on the Resources or the Wisdom pages. Personal, executive, and leadership coaching/mentoring One-on-one coaching and mentoring (either in person, online, or by telephone) can help you move from conventional ideas of success to achieving significance in what you do (or changing what you do to create that significance). Leadership development We work with leaders to help them become more effective and discerning in what they do and in what they bring to their organizations or communities. We show ways for leaders to enhance their own wisdom and to learn strategies and techniques for encouraging it in others. Organizational consulting We help organizations—and the people who work in them—to develop new patterns of personal and institutional effectiveness, by encouraging the emergence of wisdom in work settings. Presentations We can create a customized speech or presentation for your conference, meeting, or organization.
